CMESCOTSMAN CME Series “Contour Cube” Ice Maker
Fully automatic ice maker with F304 grade stainless steel exterior. The 'pillow' shaped cubes are a relatively new innovation. Like square cubes they are ideal for general purpose drinks cooling. However their shape is designed to 'cushion' the impact of the drink as it is poured, thus avoiding 'splashback'. These cubes are also used for fresh food display. The thin slivers of ice give a fine bed similar to flaked ice. In particular Restaurants who may have salad displays and wish to serve ice in drinks find the Contour cube a perfect compromise.
